We embarked on a delightful canoe cruise, witnessing the serene backwaters alongside friendly faces from around the world. Our two-year-old even enjoyed the fishing options available nearby, adding to the family fun. As a UK resident with a penchant for historical hospitality, this place offered a unique charm. While the garden could use some tender caring, it was still a pleasant spot for a picnic. It made for a smooth family escape, and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly atmosphere.
